The 20th Century saw the incredible invention of radio, amplifiers, AM/FM receiver, turn tables and tape decks. These devices were designed to improve the quality and quantity of music in our lives. Most of these older vintage electronic items were analog in nature which means they fully reproduced the original music and sent it directly to the speakers! These advanced audio devices, decks and components were made with a high level of quality and commitment to superior craftsmanship. From Pioneer stereo receivers and amps, to Technique tape decks and cassette players, to Sony reel to reel decks, to RCA Victor record players, the best of technology was always in the boxes! They produced excellent sound with the lowest levels of distortion. If your sound system falls in this category, cherish and protect it, because the products today can never compete with those vintage devices! But what happens when one of these age-specific marvels goes south? These loved, true-to-sound products soon become boat anchors and yard sale fodder if we do not protect and service them on a regular basis.

Gone are the days when companies tried to engineer their products to be better than their competitors, while maintaining competitive prices. Today all things are the same! The name on the device makes no difference! As the cosmonaut in one of the last century's best movies (Armageddon) said, "American parts, Russian parts, there all the same; all made in Taiwan!" Now they are not even made there anymore but rather someplace worst.

Don't let your quality stereo component piece cease to exist!
