"Paul, You fixed an Oster hot lather machine, I'm the owner of that machine. I'm a Barber in Fort Wayne IN. I use that machine in my work daily. I want to thank you I'm behalf of my clients and myself. My clients love to be shaved with hot lather and you made that possible, thank you so much. I love vintage...I found that machine in an antique store for $10. I used it for a year before the heating element went out. I hadn't been able to find another vintage hot lather machine and didn't want to spend money on new since I had already done that with that machine breaking on me after 1 1/2 yrs."

"Paul took the time to look at photographs of my item to figure out whether he could do the repair as I hoped it could be accomplished on a very old family heirloom before I shipped it out to him.
